Class 1 competent Marine Engineer with work experience in the shipboard, surveying, technical management, power plant operations and shipbuilding.

  • Fully qualified Class 1 Marine Engineering graduated from Australia.
  • Highly skilled in installation, servicing, maintenance and operation of machinery space plant, machinery and building automation.
  • Possess 18 years of sea going experience as an Engineer, out of which five years in the capacity of The Chief Engineer.
  • Ship management –worked as a Technical Superintendent and Technical Manager.
  • Laying up plans for vessels requirements of guaranteed intervals of docking etc., as matching with the supplies to the feeder service.
  • Detailing of vessels lay up plans and conducting the necessary measures for carrying out the successful lay ups of vessels.
  • Dry dock preparation, Prepare an official repair list, include steel renewal with drawings and proper photocopies of plans or diagrams of parts to repair.
  • Apprentices of ship installation and machinery repair/service experience in a leading ship repair facility.
  • Experienced in power plant Operations.
  • Carried out High Voltage Engineering.
  • Worked as a Classification Surveyor for Germanischer Lloyd and Indian Register of shipping.
  • Co-ordination with ship owners’ representatives and yard senior management and supervision of new construction as per class requirement and procedures.
  • Conducting, coordinating and execution of all survey activities related to new building vessels and fleet in service vessels.
  • Attending for surveys of materials (i.e. Such as metallic or non-metallic) and components (i.e. Such as propellers, Anchors, Electrical power distribution boards, windlass, Cargo cranes etc.,) to the maker’s site.

  • In-charge of delivery, sea trials, draught measurements, all machinery installation , functions tests, work shop trials attendance etc., for new building.
  • Over seen of all HULL, OUTFITTING, MACHINERY & ELECTRICAL supervision.
